brooklyn's parents e-mailed me with an invitation to their gorgeous home to shoot her portraits, "while she is still so newborn looking."... what a wee one; i was so happy to have the chance to use my hand knit sling and hammock a friend created for my newborn sessions. brooklyn seemed pleased with herself, too, and remained quite alert during the time we spent together. she's dainty and precious and i loved getting to hold her!
kelly + kyle get a round of applause for being such amazing sports. they were enthusiastic about every idea i suggested, and didn't think twice about putting their little bebe into a birdcage. their wedding was bird-themed a year and a half ago, and now they've built and begun to fill their nest! i look forward to future sessions together with this lovely family. without further ado, meet brooklyn.
